Supply, Licensing and Distribution Agreement

Mr. Cutler has substantial experience drafting exclusive and non-exclusive contracts for the manufacturing, supply, licensing and distribution of consumer products, particularly for the cosmetics, food, apparel and fragrances industries. He has assisted clients in negotiating multi-million dollar licensing and sponsorship contracts with many celebrities and influencers. 

On the distribution side, he has represented manufacturers and distributors in negotiating distribution agreements and has negotiated numerous contracts with transporters, importers and exporters of products as well.
