Mr. Cutler’s practice also advises clients within the healthcare field, including physicians, hospitals and other payors and providers. He was the General Counsel of Healthcare Simplified Holdings LLC, a provider of revenue cycle management and nursing services to hospitals and other HMOs, and has negotiated, structured and drafted numerous contracts with hospitals and insurance companies.
