Mr. Cutler provides various other general corporate services for businesses, including corporate secretarial services and the preparation of corporate resolutions. He also maintains the corporate legal books and records for a number of clients, including maintaining the stock ledger and corporate legal books and preparing minutes and resolutions on an as-needed basis.
