  Mr. Cutler represents developers, joint venturers and investors in purchasing, financing and selling commercial office buildings and warehouses, restaurants, shopping centers and hotels, and has negotiated numerous purchase and sale agreements, ground leases (both for the ground lessor and ground lessee) and tenant leases. 

Mr. Cutler also has represented developers, joint venturers and investors in procuring third party acquisition, construction and mortgage financing with commercial banks and other non-traditional financing sources. His notable transactions include the acquisition, development and financing of Empire Outlets in Staten Island, New York, and numerous projects developed by the Talisman Companies, including Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas, Fashion Outlets of Chicago, Fashion Outlets of Santa Fe and Fashion Outlets of Coral Gables.
