Employment Matters

Mr. Cutler from time to time represents employers and employees in negotiating executive employment agreements, incentive plans (including but not limited to stock option and phantom equity plans) and other compensation arrangement. Mr. Cutler will typically interface with ERISA counsel and accountants to ensure regulatory compliance and tax efficiency.
